The Lyceum Historic Meeting and Events Center is one of downtown’s largest and most opulent venues in all of Baton Rouge! Formally City National Bank in the 1920’s, the newly renovated Lyceum ballroom creates a historic atmosphere with spectacular Corinthian columns and distinctive Art Deco décor characteristic of that lavish time period.

With over 15,000 square feet of majestic space, the grand ballroom provides the ideal accommodations for your wedding, reception, birthday or anniversary, reunion, baby shower, graduation or any corporate executive event. The hall also features a comfortable bride’s room, mezzanine for additional seating, a spacious stage for bands, and even a secret vault!!

To top it all off, many may not know this but The Lyceum’s sister property (one block away) is the adorable boutique hotel, Hotel Indigo! Therefore, if you should also need hotel rooms, we can offer you a discounted rate on rooms (based on availability).
